Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns – United Kingdom

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To start a return, please contact us at support@solevault.co within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.


International Orders

We do not accept returns on international orders, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your international order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 Days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage, including packaging and the item itself

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted without photo proof or outside the stated timeframe will not be accepted.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty (UK or international):

  • Contact us at support@solevault.co within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue

Failure to provide photo evidence may result in the claim being denied.


Refunds

Once your return or damage claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Used, worn, or altered items

  • Items returned outside the stated return period
